This award celebrates all the wonderful people out there who share their unique voices with the world through blogging. I’m feeling very honoured right now.

How I Got Started:
It’s confession time… I have had blogs before this one but none of them lasted. I tried a few different topics before realizing that a book blog was the most natural fit for me, but I had a bad track record, so I formulated a plan. I decided to start this blog without telling any of my friends about it. My previous blogs died because I would tell people about my post ideas and then never actually write the post. By not telling anyone about my blog until after I had worked at it for a few months I found my voice, my style, and my community.
Advice For Newbies:
Join the community! Each week I get the most views on Tuesday because I participate in Top Ten Tuesday with a bunch of other great book bloggers. But I don’t just post and then hope people will find me. I spend the next couple of days visiting other blogs who have TTT posts leaving comments, starting conversations, liking posts, and finding new friends in this awesome community of book lovers.
