Q: How do you organize your books for review? Does it work for you or have you had to change it? (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver’s Reviews)
A: I basically review whatever I just finished reading, which can be problematic when I am reading a bunch of stuff all at once. It doesn’t really work as an organizational system, since I am always moving on to the next book without reviewing the last. I am trying to figure out what works best for me so that I can get back to blogging/reviewing on a more regular basis. Any suggestions from my amazing readers?
Book Blogger Hop is a weekly meme hosted by Coffee Addicted Writer that runs from Friday to Thursday.
Visit other blogs in the list and comment on their posts. Try to spend some time on the blogs reading other posts and possible become a new follower. The purpose of the hop is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.
I occassionally find myself reading rather than I can actually write the reviews for the books I’ve already read, so I understand what you mean completely. At the moment, because I’ve taken on review requests, I have a spreadsheet schedule that lets me see what books need to be reviewed by when if they have specific deadlines. If not, I prefer to just read the books whenever I feel like it, which I think makes it a lot more enjoyable. I don’t like being overrun by requested book reviews either as I like being able to choose what I want to read. 🙂
