This seems like a really fun prompt, and I get to share a bunch of books that I don’t think I would otherwise get to write about. I would probably love at least one song from each of these bands. I see some of them as possible rock bands, and others as singer/songwriters. It’s probably a refection of my own music tastes that I see them as so diverse.

Royal Bastards sounds so metal to me – love it!! And Here, There Be Dragons would be a great grunge band – what a fabulous name for a band!!!!! Love Ghostly Echoes too – it just has something ethereal to it.

The Doldrums and Midnight Riot are my favorites. I would definitely listen to the former, probably not the latter as it sounds like a metal band.

Love the band names “Midnight Riot” (80s rock), The Alice Network (grrrl power punk band) and Lady Into Fox (singer/songwriter type music, possibly involving mandolins and sweet harmonies).
