Q: Do you visit indie and/or used bookstores? Also, have you ever worked in any? (submitted by Kristin @ Lukten av Trykksverte)
A: I have visited a number of indie and used bookstores on my adventures around Toronto, but most of my shopping is done with Indigo since I work there. The awesome thing about indie and used stores is that you can often find things that are out of print or are specific to the vibe of that store. I’ve always dreamed of having my own bookstore where I could do all the things that I want to do, but working in a bookstore of any kind is pretty awesome.

I find it interesting that I tend to visit indie and used bookstores mostly when I’m some place new! Every time I visit a new location I love visiting all the indie and used book stores in the area! But when I’m home my go to book store tends to be Barnes & Noble or even just Amazon! 🙈
